      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is not something Public Mobile can help. You need to call Lucky and see if they agree to port with your verbal approval&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you will need to reactivate another sim with them so you can receive the port authorization text and reply Yes tur formal way&lt;/P&gt;</description>
