If it is suspended due to missed monthly payment. You will need to make a manual payment with vouchers or on the registered CC on the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is active then there could be an outage in your area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map" target="_self"&gt;https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything like good.
