Error Updating Profile

I am having trouble trying submitting a ticket. It brings me over to a screen where it asks for a nickname. When I put a name in, it tells me that there is an error updating my profile. Anyone else have this problem?

@Lovelyn123 if you cannot submit a ticket using Chatbot, then message PM CS agent here
