      <description>&lt;P&gt;My SIM is locked. I see there is a process to request a PUK code through a service ticket. However, when I click the link to go and create a service ticket, it leads me back to the generic support screens. Right now it's a circular path and I cannot get out of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
