    <description>&lt;P&gt;you need to request porting via your new provider&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but your PM account must be active and able to receive and send text.&amp;nbsp; If it is suspended now, you have to pay and resume service.&amp;nbsp; If the account is already closed, then the number cannot be ported out at all&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep your active PM SIM in your phone to reply to the confirmation text with YES.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
