      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/580605"&gt;@pepik&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;remove your phone number.&amp;nbsp; Edit your post and remove it, we are just customers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And your problem, did you request porting? did you reply Yes to your old provider text to approve the port?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.&amp;nbsp; I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
