      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/580357"&gt;@Kileyrae&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you remove your old sim card or disable the old eSIM? make sure Public Mobile is the only one there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and are you not receiving 2FA? remember 2FA from US or other countries might not work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if you just ported your number into PM for only couple days, some Canadian 2FA would take 3 to 7 days to start coming&lt;/P&gt;</description>
