      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/581755"&gt;@picorenos&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;make sure you moved old sim card or disable old esim.&amp;nbsp; Then&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reboot phone and reset network settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If outgoing call works and just not incoming, it is a porting issue.&amp;nbsp; There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.&amp;nbsp; I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
