Install eSim without the app installed

I have some family coming from a few months. Their App Store is not configured for Canada, and they can't install the Public Mobile app.

Is there any way to install a eSim? Other providers, for example Rogers, have a QR code for that.

OK, I find the answer:

Activate the eSim from a dvice with the app
Don''t allow to install it
Themn, you'll get the activation email with the QR code you can scan in any device

@wikier the Public Mobile App is required for esim. Yes, they do send a qr code but the app MUST be downloaded on that phone.

You can activate without the app with physical sim to any phone.

Some have done so then once the payment is processed they ask agent to assist with esim after.
