My question about this plan is:

does it mean that my phone will work also in US so I can call there unlimited times US and Canadian numbers plus receive calls from Canada and US with no roaming charges? Yarek

The $30 Canada-US plan works in both countries without any extra roaming charges.

You mean $30/month.
Yes that is correct Unlimited calls and no additional roaming charges.
You will need to enable Roaming and your phone must have VoLTE setting enabled.
