Hey, can someone help me? I just subscribed to a plan but I haven’t been able to transfer my actual phone number through the app. I tried several times but nothing works. I changed from Rogers to this company, the SIM card is still inside on my phone so I’m unable to get service on my phone when I tried to transfer the eSIM it’s says error. I’m trying to get an agent to help me but it’s impossible to reach to someone.

@Ernesto007

you need a new Public Mobile esim to activate your new Public Mobile account. Download the app, create an account, buy your new esim and you can start the port process during the activation process.

PS....don't cancel your old account with Rogers. To activate and port to Public, your rogers account must be active and in good standing. After successful port to Public Mobile, your Rogers account will automatically deactivate.
