    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried activating my phone number after deactivating it for less than three months ago. However, I payed on the website and tried to type it at transfer number but it says invalid phone number. Keep in mind the phone number is still on my phone because when I call someone it says to Activate your number pay for a subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you transferred that number to a different cell provider, your account was deactivated and now you need a new sim to start a new account with a different email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
