      <title>Why is my SIM card invalid?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned to Canada after 3 months of inactive subscription to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened my app and I am no longer under the $15 plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead, I have to shop for a new plan and I cannot use my old SIM card number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can do to get back my old plan and old Sim?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
