      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Activation failure at very end of the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM sim is in “already used” state. &amp;nbsp;Need &amp;amp; please help to reset the SIM state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try reboot and reset network settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or ask PM to help (but help desk closed now, they will reply tomorrow)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
