      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I appreciate your response.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've contacted and agent and they tell me they do not issue refunds, even if you cancel only a day and half later.&amp;nbsp; What a sad excuse for a company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HEllo, I also want the refund. It is a very disapointing experience. TELUS store people told me they were not allowed to help with activation of the account. It turned out I was not technical enough to activate the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One second.. the message you referred were just bot, not with agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Submit a real ticket with real human agent, not bot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
