      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a subscription 3 weeks ago and have paid the subscription fee $40! But I have not yet even received the SIM card which I have paid an extra $10. Given such inconveniency to even reach an agent to request an update, I'm no longer interested in Public Mobile. I'd like to request refund!! Their services work like joke!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
