If you haven't done that yet today, I would recommend turning off your phone, remove the SIM, reinsert it and turn on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, just post here to let Shazia see that you've done that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can a mod please fix my port now... &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;messaged me yesterday, and has the correct information needed but my phone is still not fixed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has been 4 days since I ported my phone. (Not to share too much information) I have a 1 year old son and need a phone in case of emergency.
