      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I talk to someone to help with my new account activation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email saying welcome aboard along with my new phone number.&amp;nbsp; But while waiting for the last loading screen, a message popped up saying that the activation has failed. It said I needed to contact support for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to sign into the app, it wants to send a text to my new mobile number to verify, but my phone does not receive the text.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
