      <description>&lt;P&gt;Chatr has notified my mum her flip phone will no longer be supported on the network and to purchase a new (flip?) phone. Can she activate her old flip phone with Public Mobile regardless of specs?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
