If not, you can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and have PM do a network reset from the back end as well.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a 4-story condo, and when at home, the reception for&amp;nbsp;both our new iPhones is inferior. It cuts in and out and often disconnects. When in other areas - outside, in the community, we have no problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
