      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/568102"&gt;@Fberni&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Typically refunds to credit card can take several weeks to process. &amp;nbsp;If more than 2 weeks, you can try to contact customer service agent to check status of refund. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, it is easier to get credit to your account instead and that is processed quicker. Customers can use the funds for the next 1-2 payment cycles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
