      <title>eSIM issue</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hey everyone, I have a complicated issue and I need some assistance please. When I went to get a plan, I selected the eSIM option, but accidentally put in my physical sim IMEI instead. Now when I open the app it takes me to a page that says finish setting up plan, so I click proceed which is the only option, then select a number, which again is the only option on that page, and then it takes me to an error page with no option to change the IMEI number. I also cannot login to my account, and I wouldn’t worry about fixing this but they already took the first subscription payment, which I cannot cancel as I can’t login to my account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank u for your time and help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
