Hi, I'm trying to find the $15 talk and text plan to refer a friend to who is new to Public Mobile, but I can't find it. I just want to confirm it's been discontinued?

sorry, no such plan anymore.

used to have it for Quebec subscribers, now they have removed it even for Quebec

that is a legacy plan. The minimum is now $20 for 1GB

@Sj2010 as suggested, the $20 is the lowest for new subscribers, but if your friend chooses that plan, they may infact have a $19 / 1GB plan to choose from when they go to manage subscriptions in the future. Also, keep an eye out for potential Back to School offers in the coming weeks. If they can hold off until then, might be worth the wait!

old plans are all gone. I used to have a $10 plan for many years with cash back each month (very sweet), and it was increasing little by little, finally I changed to their $20 plan.

the $20 is a sweet deal

your $10 was changed to $13 like 3 or 4 years ago. Some old members tried to start a petition to voice their anger but that was a failed attempt
