    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/412870"&gt;@Judithee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; IF you're a new subscriber, simply download the app to the phone you wish to use, and follow the prompts.&amp;nbsp; you will either need a physical sim (available from amazon for about $5) or you can download an e-sim if the phone is compatible.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;IF you have an account and want to upgrade to the new phone, simply swap the physcial sim from old to new, reboot and go.... or download app and e-sim to the new phone and update your detais in the my account page. It is all done by activating a SIM or eSIM on the PM app on your new phone. The SIM/eSIM will have all your account information in it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
