Make sure you removed the old sim card and only using PM sim.&amp;nbsp; Then try Reset Network Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have iphone Xr and I spoke to Apple and we tried several things on the iphone and Apple thinks it is a carrier problem. I do not have data and I do not have phone services. I do not have access to text.&amp;nbsp; On the top right hand corner it states SOS. I already try turning on and off Airplane mode. I tried resetting network. I went to the USA and came back to Canada since Saturday and I have not been able to connect to data, text and phone. Can you help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
