I changed my payment to a new credit card. Payment is still coming out on old one as well. What do Ido?

If you changed it within a day or so of your payment date, it may still come off the old one. But now it's been changed, it will come off the new one. Sometimes posted transactions are done a few days in advance. It shouldn't come off the old card coming next payment, if it does, then you can create a ticket by using the chatbot in the bottom right corner since you can clearly log in.

Depending WHEN did you change your CC info. If it is too close to renewal date system might have prepared processing with the old card.

Public Mobile makes no attempts to charge credits card ahead of the renewal day. There is no requirement to make such a credit card more than 24 hours before renewal. it's whichever card that's on file just before renewal that matters.

I've seen a pending payment on my credit card a day before my renewal date. Just sharing personal experience here.
