if you have Autopay setup (which all subscribers should have setup already as it is enabled by default when you joined), then you don't have to worry about paying the bill. PM will charge your credit or debit card at renewal

but if you want to add funds ahead of renewal, or if you want to pay and resume a suspended service, you can login My Account using the browser first, then access this link to load funds:

How do I pay my bill? I'd like to add Public mobile as a payee at my Credit union. What would your payee name be? Assuming it's available. Thanks ...

hi @Philington

you cannot pay the bill at credit union or bank, PM only takes money from the credit card or visa debit or mc debit card you have setup on your PM account. Paying at the bank is not an option

another simple option is to get to Shell gas or London Drugs and buy enough Public Mobile payment vouchers to cover costs of regular plan renewal. Then dial 611 from your cell to add them to your account just before next renewal is scheduled.
