    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just installed an eSIM.&amp;nbsp; My account is active but I am not getting the 6 digit code via text message.&amp;nbsp; So that means I cannot access my access to ask for help as it needs the 6 code from the email and the 6 code from the phone.&amp;nbsp; How do I solve this?&amp;nbsp; Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nathalie&lt;/P&gt;</description>
