FYI...

Surprise!

I was able to see more options for changing my plan when I went into my Public Mobile Account.

I chose subscriptions and add-ons, then clicked on "change subscription"

@DDM69 @golfball I see more plans that offer less for same or more money. Only one offer is less ($30/20GB 4G) than the $34/75GB 5G CAN/US/MEX plan I am on now.

I think that customers are put into plan category rangers like $15 and up, $19, and up, $25 and up, and $30 and up. Some customers can move from $45 or $55 down to $30 and some on $29 plans can move down to $25 plans.
