The general rule here is no refunds provided, but if you can sign in, you have to use the chatbot to ask.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We're just customers like yourself.&amp;nbsp; You would need to create a ticket through the chatbot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that all new customers have to complete auto renewal when signing up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
