      <title>Cannot Access My Account – Stuck in Activation Flow</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I’m an existing Public Mobile customer and my phone service is active, but whenever I log into My Account, it takes me to a “Let’s complete your activation” page instead of my account dashboard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It gives me options to “Activate now” or “Go back to login page,” but I can’t get to my account details, balance, or payment info.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else had this problem after the system changes? How can I get my email re-linked to my existing account so I can access it again?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for any help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
