      <description>&lt;P&gt;Randomly mid-day today I was unable to text and call. I went to log in to my account and it says this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Unauthorized. For security reasons, we couldn't log you in at this time. If you believe this is an error, please contact Customer Support for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I can't even call public mobile. What do I do?!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I always have a problem logging in….until I found out a hack. Log in to the community and then use the menu to go to your account t.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
