    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your APN settings are not set up probably.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To use Public Mobile's data and MMS (multimedia messaging), you'll need to configure your device's APN (Access Point Name) settings. The primary APN settings for Public Mobile are:&lt;BR /&gt;Name: Public Mobile&lt;BR /&gt;APN: sp.mb.com&lt;BR /&gt;MMSC: &lt;A href="http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc" target="_blank"&gt;http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca&lt;BR /&gt;MMS Port: 8799&lt;BR /&gt;MCC: 302&lt;BR /&gt;MNC: 220&lt;BR /&gt;You may also need to set the APN Type to "default,supl,mms".&lt;BR /&gt;How to configure:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Find APN settings: On most Android phones, you'll find these settings under Settings &amp;gt; Connections (or Wireless &amp;amp; Networks) &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Access Point Names.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did all the troubleshooting. Mobile data turned on, reset network settings, checked sim card. Mobile data is turned on but my phone says disconnected mobile network?&amp;nbsp; I have a Ulefone X12 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is my phone is not compatible with VoLte. Sigh. Ordered a new phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all your replies. Have a great weekend everyone. Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
