Older phones that doesn’t have the VoLTE settings will have issues.

Here is more information and scroll to the bottom of the link and enter the phone IMEI to see if your phone is compatible.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte?_gl=1*1qks5fo*_gcl_aw*R0NMLjE3MzA4MTg5ODguQ2owS0NRaUFfcUc1QmhEVEFSSXNBQTBVSFNMOEoxTTZvTlpxSGFSd0h1RlBUa2owM3pfUldrc1R2b09wVk0yNTR6cjVuMmszeWdFSlctOGFBa2JDRUFMd193Y0I.*_gcl_dc*R0NMLjE3MzA4MTg5ODguQ2owS0NRaUFfcUc1QmhEVEFSSXNBQTBVSFNMOEoxTTZvTlpxSGFSd0h1RlBUa2owM3pfUldrc1R2b09wVk0yNTR6cjVuMmszeWdFSlctOGFBa2JDRUFMd193Y0I.*_gcl_au*OTI1ODcxOTYyLjE3MjU3NTU1OTk.*_ga*MTU1NjA2MTA5NS4xNjY5NzgwMTAy*_ga_5Q4XYYJ879*MTczMzQ2NjU5MC44LjEuMTczMzQ2NjYwMC41MC4wLjA.
