This is common for longtime members that didn’t link their account to Eversafe awhile back…approximately 2 years ago if I can recall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just type in Submit a Ticket-Contact on the Chat icon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I cant get my account number, its always asking me to activate my sim card, when my sim card has been activated many years ago, otherwise I would be able to use my phone.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;No customer service no way of logging in to change my plan or make any other updates on my account. No support whatsoever,&amp;nbsp; this ticket thing is totally useless.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

People need to create a brand new community account to be able to create a ticket and then CS will combine them together.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
