Make sure the number you're calling is active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try reboot the phone and try Reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; If you can, try the sim on another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can ask PM to reprovision the account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
