How can I pay and activate with US credit card? Only postal code, no zip code option?

sorry, you cannot. You need a card that has a Canadian postal code linked to it

while a US credit card can be used, it must be linked to a Canadian address with a Canadian postal code

if you don't have that, you can buy a Canadian Prepaid credit card and use that. With a Prepaid card, you can put any valid Canadian address and postal code

The precise answer is … you CANNOT use USA credit card. PM has discontinued that practice, but has allowed existing USA cards on accounts to remain.
