      <description>&lt;P&gt;just made a outgoing calls without problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check if your account is active?&amp;nbsp; and incoming calls and data both work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot phone and reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; Try your sim card on another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need PM to help to reprovision the account, open a ticket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. You won’t have any service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make and model of you phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This the recent decommissioning of the 850MHz 3G frequency. This could be the issue. If someone calls you…it will go straight to your voicemail if this is the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might have to look for a new phone if it is an older model phone with NO VoLTE settings.
