      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi today every time I check my voicemails it says 8ub1 and I cannot receive my voicemails! Does anyone know what happened and what I can do? I've got voicemails I really need to listen to. Thank you. I've got a full package with voicemail texting 35 GB 5G what's going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/438612"&gt;@CathyMassig&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;were you accessing VM by press and hold 1?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, try Reset Network settings, it will try to reprogram the Key 1 to the correct voicemail access number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work,&amp;nbsp;can you try calling one of the VM access number listed in this post:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Updated-list-of-Voicemail-Access-Numbers/td-p/498446" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Updated-list-of-Voicemail-Access-Numbers/td-p/498446&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if one of them work, you can manually program it as your voicemail access number on your phone.&amp;nbsp; Just go to the Phone App, open Settings, Voicemail and update the number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That's not really the proper way of doing it, but this will work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From any other phone, you could also call your cell phone number.&amp;nbsp; Don't answer the incoming phone call. When you start hearing your voicemail greeting, press *.&amp;nbsp; After keying in your voicemail password, you can access your voicemail box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
