    <title>topic Old sim re-activation? in Get Support</title>
    <link>https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Old-sim-re-activation/m-p/1358771#M931955</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so recently my phone got barried in mudslide.&amp;nbsp; I know it's not stolen it's just I can't get to it.&amp;nbsp; So I put my account on hold or pause. Now that I know I will not be getting my phone back at all , so my question is&amp;nbsp; can I use my old old sim card on my old old phone? If so how do go about doing that? My old old sim/phone was at one point associated with my current paused account/phone number. How do I reactivate my old old sim and still keep my phone number?&amp;nbsp; Until I save enough money to buy a new phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
