      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I need to cancel a phone plan, it's in auto renewal and I can't login to my account to cancel auto renewal, when I login, there's only one option to resume activation, I don't want renew activation and I want to cancel the plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
