You can clear cache first, incognito mode or try a different web browser.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes if you try too many times with one credit card, the account gets locked for 24 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need service right away, you could purchase a payment voucher either in store (shoppers, Shell gas station, London drugs, etc.) and load up via self service account or 611 on your phone.&amp;nbsp; You could also purchase a voucher online via muskbird.com but there is a service fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am setup for autopay it says balance due but when I try to pay on the phone or through my public account the payment doesn’t go through says unable to process payment kindly activate my account asap &amp;nbsp;I even tried with a different card and i have no other phone available it’s very urgent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
