What is the number shown of the call display? Even that could be spoofed though.

If in doubt, I would call Telus directly and see whether that promo exists. Usually don't give out that information over the phone. Scammers via the web often know some basic information about many people these days.

Thanks it sounded off so I told them I would go to the mall to telus. The 800 number said Telus and when I call back go message but said Telus also. Man you have to be careful.

It still might be Telus, but rather go in person to Telus store to verify. So many scams these days.

NOBODY but government, Bank or employer needs your SIN number. Whoever asks you for it - it is a SCAM.
Particularly 'drivers licence'...
