Sorry, no cost as PM has no roaming services in Ukraine, they only offer roaming for US and Mexico

you will have to use local data sim or travel esim for data and use VoIP app like Fongo for voice calls

you won't get 2FA text or text from friend to your PM number as you need roaming to get those. But as said, PM has no roaming there there

So, you need to change your important 2FA to received via email or use Authenticator app

You can use WhatsApp or TextNow app for calling and texting but you won’t get 2FA code from your bank.
