      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you refer someone or did someone refer you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bonus typically will be applied to new accounts within 72 hours. Has it been longer than that? Did you check the Available Funds tab on your account? If you were refered by someone, it would be reflected in that section $10.00.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
