      <title>Calls on other end cannot connect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All incoming calls get an error code.&amp;nbsp; All outgoing calls ring, but cut off when answered.&amp;nbsp; Two separate networks tested on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I restarted phone and reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; Still happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
