    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/562051"&gt;@Isabel2005&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your email is a login ID so it shouldn’t effect your login as long as the correct password was entered to login and the 2FA code will be sent by text or call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the system is asking to subscribe then your old email is not linked to EverSafe ID. In this case, contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account. Once you are in your account then go to Account tab then Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe) and change email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Submit a ticket by sending a private message to CS_Agent. They will ask for some information to verify ownership and can likely change the email on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
