      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help! My subscription plan is not processing the payment and my plan now is on hold. My card is fine, i try to process the payment and the alert i get is: "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later." Can someone advice or help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/574060"&gt;@Edlanz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM payment system is glitchy sometimes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;usually we are people to&amp;nbsp; wait a day or even longer before you try again.&amp;nbsp; When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if your plan has already expired, it is quicker to&amp;nbsp; buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to resume service by using voucher first.&amp;nbsp; Buy it from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drug and load the voucher using *611 (there are other places with PM voucher, but buying from the above guarantee the voucher can be used immediately without any wait&lt;/P&gt;</description>
