      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please I recently ported into public mobile and on the can-USA- mex plan. I noticed my cellular data is less than 1G when the plan provides 60G data. It’s really slow browsing or looking up social media etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can suggest what I should do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;May I know what phone is that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you remove all the old sim card and eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and try Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if physical sim, try it on another phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have the latest Carrier Profile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and try different network mode, 4G (or LTE) or 5G On or 5G Auto&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last, you can ask PM to reprovision the account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/574050"&gt;@FineBoi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you on LTE or 4G now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just ran a speed test.&amp;nbsp; At least for me and in my area, my 5G is about 147 Mbps down and&amp;nbsp; 7Mbps Up, but my 4G/LTE speed was 1Mbps down and less than 1Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But.. i tried it again after 5 mins, it jumped back to 56 down and 1.5 Up&lt;/P&gt;</description>
