How to get my plan on my new phone?

Hey @Arnold2

Congrats on the new phone. Since you've already stated you have a plan already, the next move is very simple. Simply take out the SIM card of your old phone and stick it into the new phone. Then reboot. You should be up and running with ease. If your old phone had an eSIM, then simply download the Public Mobile app and purchase a new eSIM. There will be no charge of course. Curious, which new phone did you get?

One more thing the others did not mention. You will need to log into your Google or apple account for it to download your contacts and app you have on your old phone. Or with apple you can transfer everything directly from your old one to the new one over Bluetooth.
